University Furnishings: Consultant - Redesigned processes across eight departments in three countries leading to 45% inventory reduction and 60% faster fill rate.

Global Arts Group: CFO - Designed facility and raised $5M in financing for automated, U.S. based manufacturing plant that allowed for re-onshoring of production; led to 15% reduction in cost and 20% reduction in deliver time to big box store customers.

*USA Funds: Managing Director - New regulations made private sector, federally guaranteed, student loan companies obsolete.  Led strategy development to redesign company’s business model and redeploy $1B in funds that positioned USA Funds to profitably move forward. (See Abstract)
